Can any brand show at Gather?

Gather is not right for every brand – in fact, we try to give our seal of approval to every brand before they register. Most of our brands usually come back again and again. So if you’ve shown with us before, we’d love to have you back.

What is included in my booth fee?

We provide one 6 foot table and two chairs for every standard booth–that’s enough to show at least one brand. For larger lines or multiple small lines we recommend you register for a double booth–it includes two 6ft tables and 4 chairs. Custom booths are also available. Please inquire.

What does a standard booth look like at Gather?

Most reps have a rolling rack or two set up behind their table displaying their lines and use small props, crates or shelving to display product like shoes and accessories. Many bring their own table cloth.

We do not encourage tents or elaborate construction, and we do not allow posting of signs or banners on the walls of the venue.

All booths must be free-standing.

How many people can I bring with me?

You can bring up to 3 people to your a Standard booth and up to 6 for a Double booth.

When should I register for my booth?

As soon as possible. If the registration form is still posted, then we have space available for you but don’t wait until the last minute. Gather booths are first-come, first-serve.

I can't pay yet, but can you hold a booth for me?

Unfortunately, no. Space is limited and we can’t hold booths or arrange your space without a registration fee.

Can my brand be a sponsor?

We’ve got opportunities for all kinds of sponsorships. Get in touch, and we’ll work something out.
